The dependence of the quality of the video stream from its contrast ratio

Abstract. The impact of the contrast ratio on the quality of video stream is shown. The degree of this effect for various types of image quality metrics is demonstrated. The model of videonetwork, the results of contrast ratio changing simulation and the dependences on the type of the metric of video quality is provided.
