В докладе рассматриваются инновационные подходы к компаративному анализу составляющих результативности процесса производства валового внутреннего продукта стран (на примере России и Украины) по паритету покупательной способности (ППС). Для анализа использованы статистические данные Всемирного Банка по ВВП России и Украины по ППС, национальные счета этих стран, а также авторские модели результативности и соответствующие стоимостные показатели составляющих частей результативности любого экономического процесса, рассмотренные в опубликованных ранее работах. Вывод: методику применения этих показателей для компаративного анализа результативности рассматриваемого процесса (апробированную на примере России и Украины) можно использовать на практике с целью прироста знаний о действенности процесса.

In report the innovative approaches to comparative analysis of the components of efficiency of the process for production of gross domestic product have been considered at interstate level by purchasing power parity (at the example of Russia and Ukraine) on the basis of using author's models of the efficiency and of respective ingredient of the efficiency for any economic process, which have been published heretofore. For analysis statistical date of Word Bank by gross domestic product of Russia and Ukraine by purchasing power parity, national accounts these countries, author's models of efficiency and appropriate money indicators of ingredient parts of efficiency of any economic process have been used. These models and money indicators have been considered in published before papers. Efficiency of process have been defined in the article in innovative interpretation: it have been described by the scale product (by the quantitative component) and by the effectiveness (by the qualitative component) of the process simultaneously. Conclusion: methods of application of these indices to comparative analysis of efficiency of the examined process (which have been approved at the example of Russia and Ukraine) one may apply at practice, what lead to increase of knowledge about force of process.
