В данной работе рассматривается проблема, связанная с выплатой алиментных обязательств супругов и бывших супругов. Увеличение количества разводов придаёт актуальность проблеме предоставления содержания супругу и бывшему супругу после прекращения брака.
Ключевые слова: алиментные обязательства, прекращение брака, супруги, размер алиментов, уклонение от уплаты.
In the given report the problem connected with alimony obligations of spouses and the former spouses is considered.
In the article it is specified that the duty of spouses about mutual material support is established by the Family code of the Russian Federation.
The increase in quantity of divorces gives an urgency to a problem of granting of the maintenance to the spouse and the former spouse after the marriage termination.
