Аннотация. В работе рассматриваются традиционные и современные гендерные аспекты института российского брака: проблема допущения однополых союзов, гендерной нейтрализации расторжения брака и алиментных обязательств между супругами, защиты фактического брака и другие.

Abstract. In this paper the traditional and modern gender aspects of the institution of the Russian marriage are considered: the problem of the assumptions of same-sex unions, gender neutralization of divorce and maintenance obligations between spouses, the protection of the actual marriage and others.
