В работе решена проблема вычисления параметров вакуумного регулятора. Вакуумный регулятор с предохранительным клапаном – дросселирующее устройство предназначено для регулирования и поддержания заданного давления  газа.  В хлораторе вакуумный регулятор помимо главной функции дросселя хлоргаза выполняет функцию предохранительного клапана, ограничивая давление после себя.  Использование устройства, повышает надежность работы хлоратора, защищает дозирующую систему от утечек хлора и обеспечивает точность дозирования хлора.  В работе представлена модель вакуумного регулятора,  описана его работа, и принципы расчета всех узлов клапана.

In work the problem of calculation of parameters of the vacuum regulator is solved.  The regulator vacuum with the safety valve is the device throttle with a variable area of the section through passage and is intended for fall, regulation and maintenance of the set pressure of gas.  At the same time it is intended for an exception of possibility of excess of pressure of gas after itself over a certain size.  In chlorinator the vacuum regulator besides the main function of a throttle of chlorine gas carries out function of the safety valve, limiting pressure after itself.  Use of such device increases reliability, fail-safety of work of chlorinator, protects dispensing system from leakages of chlorine and provides the accuracy of its dispensing.  In work the model of the vacuum regulator is presented, its work is described and the principles of calculation of all knots of the valve on the basis of operating forces are stated.
