У статті аналізується теорія історії формування, виникнення і розвитку мовної політики як складової і невід’ємної частини мовно-комунікативної політики Української держави, її сутність, зміст, ступінь наукової розробки і джерельна база. Розглядаються політологічні підходи до розвитку історико-політичних подій, які пов’язані з інтерпретацією понять “мова”, “політика”, “влада”, “мовна політика”, а також їх взаємозв’язок.

In the article the theory of history of forming, origin and development of linguistic policy, is analysed as component and inalienable part lingually-communicative politicians of the Ukrainian state, its essence, maintenance, degree of scientific development and spring base. The political science going is examined near development of istoriko-politichnikh events, which are related to interpretation of concepts “language”, “politician”, “power”, “linguistic policy”, and also their intercommunication.
