Доклад присвячений теоретичному обґрунтуванню й експериментальній перевірці моделі системи формування управлінської культури керівника школи в системі післядипломної освіти. Здійснено аналіз моделi системи формування управлінської культури керівника школи в післядипломній педагогічній освіті. Перелічено умови успішного формування управлінської культури керівника школи в системі післядипломної освіти: наукового розуміння ним управлінської культури як сукупності усіх позитивних соціальних утворень; розвиток управлінської культури як необхідної складової процесу підвищення кваліфікації керівника школи; наукової розробки моделі і пакету дидактичних засобів (тести, анкети, методичні рекомендації, сценарії ділових ігор) формування управлінської культури керівника школи в системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти.

Report focuses on the theoretical basis and experimental verification of model processing system management culture in the head of the school system of postgraduate education. The analysis of the model of the formation of the head of school of management culture in graduate teacher education. Are the conditions for the successful formation of a management culture in the head of the school system of postgraduate education: the scientific understanding of their management culture as a set of positive social structures, the development of a management culture as a necessary component of the process of training the head of school, the scientific development of the model and a package of didactic tools (tests, questionnaires, methodological recommendations, scenarios gaming) building management culture in the head of the school system of postgraduate teacher training.
